The House

Three bedrooms, two and a half baths, 1,600 square feet of genuinely comfortable coastal Maine. The living room wraps around windows on three sides. The screened porch is where mornings happen. The fire pit is where evenings do.

Downstairs you'll find an open kitchen and dining room, a half bath, and a washer/dryer for the inevitable sandy towel situation. Upstairs, a master bedroom and two additional bedrooms sleep six comfortably.

The kitchen got all new appliances in 2025. There's a vintage game system, a rotary phone, and enough board games to outlast any rainy Maine afternoon. The yard is big, the badminton net is up, and the harbor is a five minute walk.
